As you will read, this customer had reached her last nerve regarding her dog. Being forced to stay home because one can't trust the dog to not hurt himself or tear the house apart is no way to live. She found the answer........... CarryMyDog.com
The Strongest Heavy Duty Crate for Separation Anxiety Dogs has changed our lives. We can now put our dog in that crate and leave the house and not have to worry about him breaking out or hurting himself while he's in there. After all the other other expensive crates we've bought that didn't work I was skeptical to buy another expensive one, considering this crate was double the price of the other ones that didn't work. This is the best investment I've ever made. It gave my fiancé and me our lives back.. We're now able to go out stress free!! It's amazing. Thank you so much for creating this sturdy and safe crate. I am so grateful.
He got the name Banner after "Bruce Banner" the Hulk because when he was left in any other cage he would destroy it like The Hulk!
Thank you again so much,
Those of you who know a bit about the Malinois breed know that they very strong, intelligent and determined. So you can understand why a Malinois with noise phobia requires a serious crating solution. CarryMyDog.com
"Just received my HA crate, High Anxiety Crate for my storm phobic Belgian Malinois that can rip through and rip up most everything. Not with this crate. It is very sturdy and lots of air holes that are small and narrowly spaced bars. This crate really limits his options which in itself is calming. I know he can't break out and he can't hurt himself. I don't believe there are any other kennels on the market that competes with this. I have set it up in a closet space where I can use drapes to shut out the evil lightening. I have placed it on the packing material which is 2 inch thick foam to minimize any chance of static electricity and minimize thunder rumbling. It is plenty big as he hates being in small places too. I want to thank Bill for all his excellent customer service in helping me get this kennel. It is a big relief knowing I have a safe place to put him and nothing can be destroyed.. So if you have a dog that can rip through plastic crates, bend up metal crates, and cut up their mouth on crates with too large holes, this one solves it all.

This is Coco. She has finally arrived at her destination. She is awaiting her release to her very happy dog parents. She traveled in our heavy duty collapsible, indestructible aluminum dog crate.
Hello, Bill: Just wanted to let you know, our Coco arrived safely in Houston yesterday. The crate arrived in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday, so sooner than expected. She spent 2 nights in FLL, then was shipped over on United Airlines Pet Safe Program. It was great to talk with you, and I'm surely grateful you had this wonderful crate in stock. Thanks again. Lynn
Someone asked about the plastic ties. Those are there due to airline regulations and certainly not necessary when used at home. You can see this handsome and rugged crate here.
This is a very private Bloodhound that lives in the Northeast. He seems quite happy with his crate and his bed too.
You can find out more about this great heavy duty dog crate here.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful costumer service!! I received my new crate on Tuesday, the 18th. Needless to say I was delighted at the speed of which it arrived! It has been getting quite cold here and I have to admit that I have been more and more concerned about leaving my dog in a covered patio while working. To my amazement, my dog LOVES her new "home". Upon putting it together she jumped in and then sat down. She seemed calmer already! Last night was her first night back inside the house (without me there) since August. She did attempt to chew her way out but only managed to scrap some of the sticker off. Thank you as well for informing me of the book! I ordered it last night and am looking forward to helping my little girl be a happy part of my furry family. Again thank you soo much for all you have done! I will be sure to tell all my friends about your site!
A very satisfied customer,
My dog is a 1 year old pit bull mix. She thanks you too!
Our crate DID arrive on the 17th! I was very happy to see it. Our Shiloh Shepherd, Abbey (aka Houdini) has managed to escape from 3 crates so my husband I finally decided enough of throwing good money after bad. She's not been able to wiggle her way out of this one nor has she been able to move it around the floor damaging hardwood floors, walls and furniture. She has separation anxiety and the safest place for her when we are not there is the crate. Well you get the picture...we love it. And here's a picture of Abbey.....hhaahhhhaaaa. She's very stoic! Thanks for carrying this great product and the great customer service.
You can see the wonderful crate Peggy is referring to right here They also purchased the special "Drain Through Flooring" for Abbey's crate. ) Thank you Peggy for your kind words. We are all about the happy customer experience.
This picture is from one of my first customers. The email has long since become separated from the picture. These two live in Vermont. These two beautiful dogs are brother and sister. They were having fun in the new crate posing for the picture. Only one of them needs to be crated. Lucky Dogs!
Hi Bill: just wanted to let you know that all is really going well with Billie and her new "home". The crate is terrific and she has adjusted to it really well. She actually goes into it herself just to nap. I thank you for your input and information and to just say "thank you". ....Susan H.
Again, no pictures but we do appreciate our customers taking the time to let us know how there dogs are doing in their new heavy duty dog crates. The crate she is referring to is found here.
Yay! Y'all are the best! We are all very excited about Sarge's "special lair for storms!" (And not a second too soon will it arrive- there's a monsoon even as I type!) We really appreciate all of your extra mile attention :) Thanks again and talk to you soon!! ....Rhonda

We got the crate alright. It is a bit bigger (taller) than I had thought. The next size smaller was too small. But he can sit up and stand without his ears touching.... for now. He seems to like it better than the wire crate. Since he can't travel across the floor or bend the walls, maybe it will break his spirit and he will stop barking for hours on hours after we leave for work. We trust him to sleep outside the crate at night, but can't trust him while at work yet. He ripped apart and possibly ate too many things to list. Even moved the wire crate to the chairs and ripped apart the cushions while still in the wire crate!!!
The biggest reason for buying this crate is 1) The bars are thick. When/if he bangs on them he should not hurt his paws. One foot is blood stained from banging on the wire crate. 2) It is heavier and off the floor. The weight alone so far has prevented him from traveling with the crate. If needed we can put a rubber rug under it which he can not reach (he ripped up one of those too). 4) I think he likes the barred floor. It is probably cooler than the plastic tray in the wire crate which he also ripped apart.
Today, just three days from receiving the crate, was the first day my wife came home from work to find him not pounding on the crate to get out. Instead he was sleeping and didn't bother to move until she fully came in the room. Next is to see if the barking stops now that he knows he can't get out.
Thank you from Thunder, 9 month old 48lb Samoyed. I'm pretty sure this will still hold him when he is 65lbs. ........Thanks again. Art
Sorry, no pictures with this testimonial but the dog owner had plenty to say. The crate he is talking about is shown here.
Thank you for your call and your guidance in purchasing a strong crate for my German Shepherd. My 48" heavy duty dog crate was delivered today. It came strapped on a pallet & in beautiful condition. With a pair of tin snips, I was able to unpack the crate and move it into position in my home all by myself. You might want to remind future customers that this crate comes 'intact' (instead of the collapsible type they may have tried in the past). I was lucky that I had a sliding patio door with enough clearance to bring the crate inside...but lots of doorways may not be wide enough.
The crate looks like Fort Knox. If Houdini can get out of this, I'll have to sell everything and live in a cave. Thanks again. I'll let you know if the crate holds up to my Big Guy's efforts to run AMOK while I'm away from home.
Hi Bill: Just wanted to let you know that all is really going well with Billie and her new "home". The crate is terrific and she has adjusted to it really well. She actually goes into it herself just to nap. I thank you for your input and information and to just say "thank you".
Thank you for producing crates like this. Your company is a lifesaver for puppies like ours. Have a wonderful Christmas season and Thank you again! ........Karen J. Florida

Here's a comment from a customer that had a problem with their crate. I know you will agree that occasionally issues can arise with any product.
I'm very impressed by the way you have handled this matter. Indeed, throughout our transactions, you have been the model of good business practices. I will look into your suggestions. Meanwhile, thanks so much.

We received our crate today and spent the evening putting the crate together. It seems to be the perfect size for our boy and we are excited to start the integration process with him. Thanks again for your help with selecting the right one and for making a quality profuct.
