30 Day NON-TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY
 
WHAT IS COVERED: Vermont Juvenile Furniture MFG, Inc. dba/ PET GEAR (hereinafter referred to as “Pet Gear “) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its Pet Gear products, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the purchase date. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. The limited warranty is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells or transfers a Pet Gear product. In the event of defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
 
PROPER PRODUCT USE: This product is designed only for use with domesticated animals; do not use this product for any other purpose. However, the specific temperament of your animal may not work with this product. We recommend that you do not use this product if your animal is aggressive. If you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your animal, please consult with your veterinarian or certified trainer before you use this product. Please see the instruction manual for additional important information.
 
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: This non-transferable limited warranty does not provide protection against, and Pet Gear will have no liability under this non-transferable limited warranty for any damage to or defects in the products caused by any animal, loss of product(s), failure, defect or damage caused by events and situations beyond normal residential exposure conditions, including, but not limited to: commercial use, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper use not in accordance with Pet Gear's instructions, use of non-Pet Gear accessories, impacts of foreign objects, acts of God, abnormal or improper use, improper storage, accident, alteration, defects in or failure of the surface the Pet Gear products are placed upon, discoloration or other damage caused by pollution, sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals and any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the Pet Gear product.
 
WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT: A sales receipt shall be required to obtain any warranty coverage. Please keep this information in a safe place.
 
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM: To obtain warranty on a Pet Gear product, call the Pet Gear Customer Care Center. In the United States call (802-438-2231).
 
Pursuant to this non-transferable limited warranty, Pet Gear will replace the part. This non-transferable limited warranty will then apply to the new part for the remainder of the original non-transferable limited warranty period.
 
DISCLAIMERS: Replacement as provided under this non-transferable limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.
 
This non-transferable limited warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Pet Gear expressly disclaims and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Pet Gear also disclaims and excludes all liability for incidental, consequential, punitive, direct, indirect, special or any other damages arising out of or connected with the purchase, use or misuse of this product or for the breach of any express or implied warranties or breach of contract or otherwise. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities from the use or misuse of this product. Pet Gear does not authorize any other person or agent to make any other express or implied warranties.
 
Furthermore, Pet Gear will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from delay in delivery of replacement parts due to circumstances beyond Pet Gear's control.
 
GOVERNING LAW: This non-transferable limited warranty shall be governed by the law of the State of Vermont , U.S.A., and by the laws of the United States of America, excluding their conflicts of laws principles. Furthermore, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its entirety from application to this nontransferable limited warranty. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusive to the courts of Rutland County, Vermont.

Receiving Your Shipment

When we ship your order, it will arrive on a pallet delivered by a commercial LTL carrier. The trucks are usually semi's / tractor trailers / full size 18 wheelers. If you need residential delivery, we recommend having some help onsite when your shipment arrives. "Tin snips" or sheet metal shears will be needed to cut the steel bands on the pallet and then the individual panels or your dog crate can be unloaded from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are also available on request for an additional fee.

Your order will typically shin in 7 calenar days. Non-stock items and custom orders can take longer. While we don't guarantee a specific ship date due to workload and material availability, we will give you our best estimate. Feel free to call us for an update on your order.

The estimated transit time for your shipment varies on where you are located. Some shipments will arrive by the next day and some may take 5 to 10 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by the freight carriers and they can sometimes vary a few days. Feel free to call us for assistance with tracking your shipment.

If Your Shipment Arrives Damaged

99% of our shipments arrive in good condition. However, we suggest that you unwrap your shipment and inspect it. You must note any damage on the paperwork when you sign for your shipment. If you do not note the damage, we will not be able to open a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged item because the carrier may want to inspect it. We will also need you to send us pictures clearly showing the type and extent of the damage via email to assist in the claims process.

Refunds & Returns

Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee on items that we normally stock. Orders for non-stock and custom items are final and are not refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return freight costs. Shipping dates are not guaranteed. Freight transit times and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If you require help in assembling your Zinger Aluminum Dog Crate please call 1-800-351-8411 for assistance. Zinger Sport Dog Gear Inc. will repair or replace any defective parts and material.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Re: Request to Return Goods

RMAs: All Zinger products can be returned within 30 days of delivery date in original packaging. All returns must first be authorized and a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) issued before we will accept any returns.

Refunds/Credits: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods a refund/credit will be issued for the amount of the original invoice less shipping and a restocking fee. Where a credit card was used for payment of the original invoice a credit memo (CM) will be issued and can be used against future invoices. If the dealer wishes to have a refund to the original credit card a 5% bank merchant fee based on the refund will be charged.

Restocking Fee: Where your customer is returning the goods in exchange for a different size or model we are sometimes able to waive or reduce the restocking fee depending on circumstance. This will be addressed on a case by case basis.
If your customer is returning the product for a refund a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods. This fee covers our cost of administration, handling, inspection and repackaging. Often times these returned products cannot be resold as new and we are forced to take a loss on the transaction.

Used Crates: Crates in new and the original packaging may be returned for credit. Due to hygiene and reselling issues we CANNOT accept return of any used or damaged crates. Customers requesting return of a crate should be thoroughly made aware that a used crate will not be accepted for return and no credit will be issued if such a crate is returned. A crate that has been assembled and used to hold a dog for even a day will not be accepted (i.e. a crate is purchased and a dog is shipped across the country only to be returned within the 30 days).

Returned Goods Damaged: Your customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. When returning goods we highly recommend obtaining insurance and closely following the shippers packaging requirements. Failure to do so may mean the customer being responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
Our experience shows that returns are often poorly repackaged and get damaged on route back to us. These returns will not be accepted for credit and the customer will need to make a claim with the shipper.

Re: Zinger Crate Warranty

Full 1 Year Product Warranty: All Zinger Crates come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Due to the broad range of dog breeds and temperaments, we do not offer warranty coverage for metal and paint damage caused by dogs.

90 Day "No Escape" Warranty: Our Professional and Heavy Duty Series Crates feature a 90 Day, "No Escape" Warranty. The 90 days is usually enough to find out if the dog will remain contained. This warranty does not cover escape caused by improper assembly or use of the crate. This warranty ensures that we will work to see if we can rectify any issue to contain the dog, and if not we will refund the purchase price. But we are obligated to work to rectify any issues before a refund is issued. Any refund that may be offered would be subject to our restocking fees and less shipping, as above.

Within 30 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service at 1-855-300-7529 or jan.corder@petplay.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your RMA number must be noted on the packing slip enclosed with the returned item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be rejected at delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All pet beds, covers and Chill Pads will be subject to a $9 restocking fee. We strongly encourage you to insure the package for loss or damages during shipping as P.L.A.Y. cannot be held responsible if either occurs.

In the event an item was damaged during shipping or sent in error please call Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt to obtain an RMA. In these cases P.L.A.Y. will pay the return shipping charges.

Refunds are not available for custom or personalized orders, discounted orders, or unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. Due to health regulations, P.L.A.Y. is unable to accept an item which has been used, damaged or soiled by your pet after receipt; and for hygiene reasons, toys and Fill-a-Bed's are not eligible for return except for significant manufacturing defect.

All Gen7Pets products come with a warranty against manufacturer’s defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. The exclusive remedy under this warranty is the replacement of the defective product; this warranty does not provide reimbursement for, and Gen7, LLC is not responsible for, any other damages, including special, incidental, consequential or other types of direct or indirect damages . ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. The warranty does not cover damage to Gen7Pets products caused by ordinary wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse or any causes other than defects in materials or workmanship.

PRODUCT WARRANTY The manufacturer warrants that the structure, door, and all related fittings shall function properly for their intended purpose for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. Workmanship and material (except the powder coat paint) are also covered under this warranty for two years from the date of purchase and are also limited to the original purchaser only. Unauthorized modification, misuse or use other than for the intended purpose shall void this warranty, be it either written or implied. The manufacturer, by way of the product’s design, choice of materials and construction, has made every reasonable effort to make the product’s interior safe for the temporary housing of dogs and other such domesticated animals. However, the manufacturer assumes no responsibility or liability for the health or well-being of any dog or any such animal so kept in any of their products. Any product defect covered by this warranty shall promptly be either repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, FOB Topeka, KS. BEFORE YOU BUY It is our goal to provide customer service beyond your expectations. Please be aware of our return policy. Cancellation of an order before it ships means 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs. Cancellation of an order after it ships means that the freight back to our company plus a 25% restocking charge will be assessed and deducted from your refund. Returned crates must be new and in 100% resalable condition. If crates are used or have scratches, an amount will be deducted from your refund dependant on crate condition. This is for crates not in a resalable condition that must be sold as used. A Return Material Authorization will be required before returning any crate for any reason. Call 800-230-2585 for RMA numbers. If your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at 800-230-2585 within 48 hours of receipt. Provide a minimum of 3 clear photos showing the damage you are concerned about. A claim will be initiated with the carrier. You will need to retain the package(s) for a minimum of 7 days. The carrier may want to inspect the damaged product and packaging. We will reship the damaged replacement product after the delivering carrier has approved the damage claim. If we are out of stock on that item, we will gladly offer you a substitute, or you may wait until the next crate is available for shipment. Lead time is short on these strongest of heavy duty dog crates. After your order is submitted on the website, your credit card will be charged during checkout. You (customer) agree that orders shipped via UPS or FedEx will be delivered without requiring a signature. Our carrier will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are made with us in advance of shipment.
