All SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS manufactured by ODONNELL INDUSTRIES, INC. a South Carolina Corporation carry a limited One Year Warranty. Each item is manufactured under the highest standards and is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for the original owner (proof of purchase is required). “Original Owner” is a person who purchased the item from SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS or its authorized dealer. Any item purchased from a private person or a dealer not authorized by SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS is specifically not covered under this warranty.
This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the item is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, negligence, or if the product is modified or altered by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover wearing or materials or components which may occur after extended use of the product, this warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not the cosmetic issues due to normal “wear and tear” of the product.
If one of our products ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it with the same or comparable item. In the event that the same or comparable item does not exist, SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS will issue a company credit for the most recent selling price for the damaged item (or purchase value if an original receipt is presented with the return).
SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS shall have no liability or responsibility to the original purchaser or any other person for any special incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS. Except for the express warranty stated above. SNOOZER PET PRODUCTS makes no other warranties with respect the products, either expressed or implied. Re: Request to Return Goods
RMAs: All Zinger products can be returned within 30 days of delivery date in original packaging. All returns must first be authorized and a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) issued before we will accept any returns.
Refunds/Credits: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods a refund/credit will be issued for the amount of the original invoice less shipping and a restocking fee. Where a credit card was used for payment of the original invoice a credit memo (CM) will be issued and can be used against future invoices. If the dealer wishes to have a refund to the original credit card a 5% bank merchant fee based on the refund will be charged.
Restocking Fee: Where your customer is returning the goods in exchange for a different size or model we are sometimes able to waive or reduce the restocking fee depending on circumstance. This will be addressed on a case by case basis.
If your customer is returning the product for a refund a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods. This fee covers our cost of administration, handling, inspection and repackaging. Often times these returned products cannot be resold as new and we are forced to take a loss on the transaction.
Used Crates: Crates in new and the original packaging may be returned for credit. Due to hygiene and reselling issues we CANNOT accept return of any used or damaged crates. Customers requesting return of a crate should be thoroughly made aware that a used crate will not be accepted for return and no credit will be issued if such a crate is returned. A crate that has been assembled and used to hold a dog for even a day will not be accepted (i.e. a crate is purchased and a dog is shipped across the country only to be returned within the 30 days).
Returned Goods Damaged: Your customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. When returning goods we highly recommend obtaining insurance and closely following the shippers packaging requirements. Failure to do so may mean the customer being responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
Our experience shows that returns are often poorly repackaged and get damaged on route back to us. These returns will not be accepted for credit and the customer will need to make a claim with the shipper.
Re: Zinger Crate Warranty
Full 1 Year Product Warranty: All Zinger Crates come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Due to the broad range of dog breeds and temperaments, we do not offer warranty coverage for metal and paint damage caused by dogs.
90 Day "No Escape" Warranty: Our Professional and Heavy Duty Series Crates feature a 90 Day, "No Escape" Warranty. The 90 days is usually enough to find out if the dog will remain contained. This warranty does not cover escape caused by improper assembly or use of the crate. This warranty ensures that we will work to see if we can rectify any issue to contain the dog, and if not we will refund the purchase price. But we are obligated to work to rectify any issues before a refund is issued. Any refund that may be offered would be subject to our restocking fees and less shipping, as above.

Within 30 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service at 1-855-300-7529 or email@example.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your RMA number must be noted on the packing slip enclosed with the returned item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be rejected at delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All pet beds, covers and Chill Pads will be subject to a $9 restocking fee. We strongly encourage you to insure the package for loss or damages during shipping as P.L.A.Y. cannot be held responsible if either occurs.
In the event an item was damaged during shipping or sent in error please call Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt to obtain an RMA. In these cases P.L.A.Y. will pay the return shipping charges.
Refunds are not available for custom or personalized orders, discounted orders, or unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. Due to health regulations, P.L.A.Y. is unable to accept an item which has been used, damaged or soiled by your pet after receipt; and for hygiene reasons, toys and Fill-a-Bed's are not eligible for return except for significant manufacturing defect.

SMART PET BEDS carries a Five (5) year warranty against color loss on our Standard and Royal Series beds.
This warranty is valid if the following procedures are followed:
Contact Smart Pet Beds for instructions should your bed color fade.
- Warranty covers beds that show normal wear and tear.
- The original purchase receipt is necessary.
- Customer is responsible for freight charges when returning their product for warranty.
- Send only the bed cover. Do not return the entire bed.
- A Return Authorization issued by Smart Pet beds will be required prior to product return.
- It shall be at the sole discretion of Smart Pet Beds to determine if warranty requirements have been breached. If all requirements above are considered to have been met, we will replace the cover with another cover of equal value.
- All decisions made by Smart Pet Beds shall be final and binding.

All Gen7Pets products come with a warranty against manufacturer’s defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. The exclusive remedy under this warranty is the replacement of the defective product; this warranty does not provide reimbursement for, and Gen7, LLC is not responsible for, any other damages, including special, incidental, consequential or other types of direct or indirect damages . ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. The warranty does not cover damage to Gen7Pets products caused by ordinary wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse or any causes other than defects in materials or workmanship.

Each Gunner Kennel has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. Edmonds Outdoors, LLC warrants new Gunner Kennels from the date of shipment to be free from manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers all parts of Gunner Kennels, including the door, latch, and body of the kennel. This warranty is an exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description warranted here. The warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable.
The owner must present original proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and must present the proof directly to Edmonds Outdoors, LLC and not a retail store, service center, or other dealer. A copy of the proof should be included with the product. Customer should also detail in writing a description of the problem. Damaged products must be returned directly to Gunner Kennels, 207-A Computer Drive, Smithfield, NC 27577, in its original box or adequate packaging, freight prepaid at customer’s expense. If the warranty applies, Edmonds Outdoor, LLC shall at no cost to customer either repair the kennel or provide the customer with a replacement kennel or component if it is defective under the terms of this warranty within the lifetime of the original purchaser. Edmonds Outdoors, LLC will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of this controlling warranty statement and Edmonds Outdoors, LLC reasonably verifies the customer’s claim that the product is defective.
The warranty does not apply if the kennel or its components have been (1) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, (2) damaged in an accident, (3) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, or (4) repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration, damaged due to any act of nature. Normal wear and tear, including dents, slight warping, scratches, discoloration, fading, or any damage from any animal is not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the kennel is not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Gunner Kennels have been crash tested in order to ensure the structural integrity of each part meets the standards set for the company. Although Gunner Kennels cannot predict nor guarantee the result of any accident, the company can promise that it has made every attempt to build a product that provides you with the peace of mind that your dog is protected while you travel.
Except for the warranty set forth above, Edmonds Outdoors, LLC makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to the goods. Edmonds Outdoors, LLC is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenues or diminution in value resulting from any malfunction. The remedies set forth in this warranty shall be the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and Edmonds Outdoors, LLC’s entire liability for any breach of the limited warranty.

4×4 North America, Inc. warranties all of our products for Three (3) years from date of purchase. To be covered by the warranty, the defect must be an original manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover any damage, mis-use or modifications by consumers nor does it cover damage from animals, drops, falls or impacts.
MIM Safe Variocage products are made of steel they are powder coated and ant-rust treated. However, MIM Safe Variocage does not warranty the product against rust or corrosion nor are the products recommended for use outdoors or in harsh environments.
The manufacturer’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective parts or components. The warranty period starts from date of purchase. Warranty claims must be in writing and must include a copy of the original purchase receipt. MIM Safe Variocage product must also include the production date code located on a plate under the door of your Variocage.
Returns require RMA approval from 4×4 North America, Inc. Do not ship products back for warranty repair without proper authorization and a valid RMA Number.
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size Variocage for their animals and their vehicle. We provide simple and easy to follow measuring instructions on our website. Please follow these instructions for a proper fit.
Please note that Variocage products are very difficult to re-pack and return without damage. We suggest that you measure your vehicle and your dog to assure you receive the proper size Variocage.
Customers who use our measuring guides and call 4×4 North America with accurate measurements for their dog and their vehicle will receive our sizing guarantee. We will accept full responsibility for exchanges and/or returns for any Variocage that has our sizing guarantee.
Customers who do not call 4×4 North America with accurate measurements for their dog and their vehicle will be responsible for return shipping and a possible restocking fee of 15% which may be waived at our discretion.
4×4 North America will charge a restocking fee for improperly sized Variocage products if 4×4 North America is clearly at fault for shipping the wrong model or the wrong product.

4×4 North America, Inc. will only accept a product for return with prior approval. Returned products should be in the original, unopened packaging including the additional cardboard outer-wrap shipping container, which is required to prevent damage during shipping. The original packaging must not be broken or otherwise damaged and the product cannot have any missing or damaged parts.
Claims for damaged returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your delivery. Do not ship any products back without proper authorization and a valid RMA Number.
