These heavy duty dog crates by Zinger are unlike plastic and wire crates. Plastic and wire dog crates are easily destroyed by dogs that refuse to accept crating. They will easily crack, bend and need to be often replaced. Zinger crates are built to last a lifetime. These Zinger crates are perfect for the dog who usually destroys or breaks out of plastic and wire crates. These heavy duty dog crates carry a 90 day no escape warranty. And let's face it, if your dog hasn't escaped in 90 days you know you have your dog in the right crate.
DETAILS
This crate is as strong as it appears. It is a real heavy duty dog crate. The side panels here are made using 3/4" x 3/4" aluminum tubing in .100" thickness. The door is built of solid 3/8" aluminum bars inserted thru 3/4" x 3/4" aluminum tubing. Each bar is then double welded for strength not found in most other heavy duty crates. The top, bottom and back panels are made from .065" aluminum sheet that has been laser cut, formed and welded to exacting specifications. This model is designed with a reinforced door with extra bars and welds. You will find a strong full-length piano hinge and striker is standard on all sizes of this heavy duty crate. The door is reversible. Just let us know if you wish a door with a hinge right or hinge left when you order.
The lock and mounting hardware are made from stainless steel to eliminate rusting and corrosion. This makes for longer crate life and, a better-looking crate
Your ZINGER™ crate arrives with a layer of durable silver hammertone powder coat inside and out. Powder coating the inside protects your dogs' coat from discoloration. Coat discoloration is common when a dog sits in an untreated aluminum crate. The bare aluminum oxidizes and the residue rubs off onto the dog resulting in a grey silvery color. This will not happen in a Zinger crate.
