The question most often asked by owners of separation anxiety dogs is "how do I know this wire dog crate will hold my dog?" After all, the dog owner has seen the dog escape from 1 to 4 crates purchased from the pet store or the big box store. There could have been a plastic crate in the mix as well.

Separation anxiety dog owners are so accustomed to their dog escaping from wire crates they are thinking "but it's another wire crate." 

Our welded steel wire dog crate aren't just another wire crate. Once you own one of these crates you will easily understand why we say it will be the last dog crate you will ever need. The information that follows explains why.

WARRANTY

These crates carry a 3 year replacement warranty. "If your dog breaks it, we will replace it!" Here's the question that says it all:  "Why would a manufacturer put a 3 year replacement warranty on a product that your dog could break (escape from) in a week, a month, 6 months or ever?" That warranty is there because we know your dog will not be able to break or escape from one of out weld wire steel dog crates.

WIRE DIAMETER

The wire used is 6 gauge welded steel wire. If you check the internet for "calculate wire gauge" you will find the thickness of a 6 gauge wire to be 

For this illustration let's just say the wire is 0.125" or 1/8th. When two wires are placed together for spot welding you now have a quarter inch (1/4) of solig steel wire. There is so much wire mass for spot welding a strong attachment is made everywhere one wire touches another. That's every 4" in one direction and every 2" in the opposite direction.

The Result is a super strong wall of steel wire. Each wire is then welded to the tubular frame for the ultimate in strength and durability. If you look at some of the photos close-up you can see the size of the wire and the welded attachment to the tubular frame. Crates don't get any stronger than this.

GALVANIZING

Since we are dealing with steel wire the question is "what about rust?" Once your crate is complete, the entire crate is galvanized for rust prevention.
