Q: Do you stock kennels at carrymydog.com?
A: CarryMyDog.com is not a stocking dealer for Ruff Land Kennels. We are an authorized dealer and have been or for about 8 years now.
Q: Why should I order from you instead of the factory?
A: At carrymydog.com, we have the time to provide more personal attention to our customers. Plus, and here’s the best part: we offer FREE SHIPPING on all Ruff Land kennels.
Q: Do you offer FREE SHIPPING on all Ruff Land products?
A: NO-Kennels only. Ruff Land decided to ship accessories separate from their kennels. We no longer offer FREE SHIPPING for Ruff Land accessories. For the most part, our shipping costs for RLK accessories are so low they’re hardly noticeable. Most accessories ship for $10 or so. Not only is this a very low rate but, you can get 2 or 3 items shipped for that same $10. That’s as close to free as you can get.
Q: What if I have a deadline for when I need my new Ruff Land kennel? Can you help with that?
A: If we are aware of your deadline, we will find out if we can supply it by that date. If we can’t, we’ll tell you. The rest is up to you.
Q: Will Ruff Land kennels work for my escape artist dog?
A: Ruff Land kennels are designed to be an excellent choice in travel kennels. These kennels are not intended for high anxiety dogs. Q: What, if anything, happens with the freight charges, CarryMyDog.com paid for me to get my kennel if I have to return it for any reason.
A: Carrymydog.com pays customer freight on Ruff Land kennels to put quality kennels in the hands of our customers. This is a one-time one-way policy. We are not here to put money in the hands of FedEx and UPS.
If you need to return your kennel for any reason, the freight charges paid by carrymydog.com will be recaptured (deducted from your refund). We paid your shipping charges so you could save money on your kennel. We did not intend for those funds to be a contribution to UPS or FedEx or any other carrier. This is one reason why it is essential to get the correct size. If you receive your kennel and it is too small, yes, you certainly can return it, but here’s what happens with shipping charges. Carrymydog.com will deduct the shipping charges they paid when the kennel was shipped to you. You will have to pay freight to get the kennel back to Ruff Land. Please be certain of your sizing before you order. If a kennel is returned for any reason other than replacement of a damaged kennel, the shipping charges paid by carrymydog.com will be recaptured. If you have any questions before you order, please call our toll free number at the top of the carrymydog.com website.
Q. What if Ruff Land shipped me the wrong kennel?
A. Ruff Land will handle that for you. It does not affect the freight paid to get the kennel to you unless you are returning it for credit then we will need our freight money back.

Q: Will you ship Ruff Land kennels and accessories to Canada and Alaska?
A: Yes, but there is no Free Shipping to Canada or Alaska, no matter what the website says when you checkout. Please call us at 800-640-1364. We will give you our email address. Use it to tell us what you would like to order and where it will be sent. We will then get a freight quote for your approval.
