Return Policy

If you would like to return a product, please note that carrymydog.com will only accept new and/or unused items. Heavy Duty dog crates are not returnable. CarryMyDog.com will not accept a returned product if the item has been previously opened. It is best to inspect each item's packaging and labeling carefully before opening to be certain that you received the correct product. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, cables, components, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and CarryMyDog.com is not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for return under any circumstances even if it is defective. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee this is non negotiable. Shipping is never refunded under any circumstances. All returned items that were marked free shipping you will be responsible for paying a shipping fee of 15% the total cost for the item in addition to the 20% restocking fee.

Once a return has been delivered to CarryMyDog.com and inspected to make sure there is no physical damage and all parts were included then, you will either receive in-store credit or a refund to your credit/debit card. It generally takes credit card companies 2 to 5 business days after your refund is issued to process the transaction and make the funds available.

You must contact us by email at crownb@ocsnet.net for return authorization. Please include your phone number and the best time to reach you. Please include your comments about the problem you are having with the delivery, packaging or the product to save time for everyone. We know your time is valuable.

You have 5 days from receipt of merchandise to return or exchange your item. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We do not pay for return shipping under any circumstances. Heavy Duty Dog Crates are not returnable.

Our goal is always happy customers. Please: in case of damage in shipping: Call us immediately. Photos of damaged shipping carton required. Photos of damaged merchandise also required. Any qualified Replacement items require up to 7 business days to ship out.

We will do our very best to work with you to make sure you have the complete product that will serve both you and your pet for many years.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, you must send an email to crownb@ocsnet.net to obtain a return authorization number. In the email, please include the reason for the return and your order number (if available). Returns sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be granted a refund. Please include 2 or more pictures of the crate or package showing the reason for your requested return.

 You may return most new, unopened items with original tags still attached to the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs.

EXCEPTION:  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee getting the product back to us. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee unless you received the wrong item.

Any products that have been used, dirty, have dog hair on them, or are returned without original packaging or damaged packaging are subject to a 50% restocking fee. There are no restocking fees on brand new items returned in new, resell-able condition.

Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping. No exceptions.

You should expect to receive any refunds within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Once you send the email with confirmation back from us that the item can be returned please ship the item back to the address in that email.

Please include the original packing slip, a copy of your receipt or your order number, name, address and reason for return with the item being returned.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy

Some Large Items require additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. These may include the dog crates, exercise pens and other items weighing more than 20lbs or those that come in very large boxes. Unfortunately shipping companies charge us a surcharge on these items and since our prices are so low to start with, we cannot cover this additional expense due to the extremely low prices on the products we sell.

Delivery Speed - Most orders placed before 2pm eastern Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day.

Larger items such as crates, beds and multiple item orders weighing over 20lbs are typically shipped via UPS ground due to their size & weight. These and any items not currently in stock will typically arrive within 5-9 business days.

If you have not received your order within 9 business days of placing your order, please email us.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you just as soon as they are available.

Warranty on other items should be shown on that product's webpage. If not, please email us at bill@impaidoff.com or call us at 559-783-2547 to get warranty information. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We appreciate your business.
